AGM, 9th February

Date: January 30, 2017 Author: Nick Browne Categories: Fundraising, PTFA Events, Upcoming Events

The AGM of the Friends of Woodcote Primary (PTFA) will be held at 7.30pm on Thursday 9th February in the Key Stage 2 Hall.

You don’t have to come only if you want to join the Committee, we welcome all of our members to come and support us at the AGM.  We’ll be serving refreshments from 7pm so come along for a chat with other parents and volunteers.

Did you know that as parents and carers you are all automatically members of the PTFA?  You can help decide who runs it, what it does, and how we spend the money we raise!

The AGM is your chance to have your say: Do you think things could be run better? Do you think there’s more we could be doing for the school? Have you got ideas for fun events or fundraising that we’re missing?

Find out how much we have raised and spent!

The PTFA is not run by the school, it is run by the parents. If you have an interest in your children’s experience at Woodcote and want to have a voice, this is your opportunity.

As part of the AGM business, we will also be electing a new committee, so please watch this space for details on submitting your nomination forms.

We hope to see as many of you there as possible!
