Summer Fair 2019 – 22nd June
The biggest event of the year with us putting on some great food, fun and games for everyone to enjoy!
As usual, donation days will fall on the 3 Fridays preceding the Fair, so please check your Weekly Memo and the school app for full details closer to the time.
As always we can’t do it without YOU so please sign-up, even just for an hour. The more volunteers we have the smoothly our Fair events run so please use the Volunteer Contact Form on the School Mobile app to send in your availability or email volunteer@woodcoteptfa.org.uk.
DATES FOR YOUR DIARY / HELP OUT SLOTS!
Donation Days: 7th, 14th and 21st of June
Fair set-up: Friday after school on 23rd June and Saturday between 9am to 12pm
Fair Slots: 12-1pm, 1-2pm, 2-3pm
