Summer Fair

Date: April 16, 2013 Author: admin Categories: Latest News

The date is the 22nd of June, the weather is going to be fantastic (fingers crossed!!!) and as for the entertainment, fun, games and food?  Well, we are just building on last year!

Already confirmed are the popular zorbing, bungee trampolines, inflatables, Cooper Tennis and the Gary Mason Charity Inspirational Rhythm Drumming from last year.

Stalls have been organised by class and year groups with help from our class reps and as well as our traditional BBQ we are asking families to provide easy to sell (and eat) International Cuisine.  Granny made samosas?  Aunty made vine leaves?  Mum made Pakoras? And what delights can the men of the household create???  If you and your family can help with this please contact Catherine (details below).

There will be games, stalls and entertainment with the Choir singers as well as a Raffle in the day with great prizes.

We need loads of help to make the Summer Fair a success so please don’t leave it to someone else to volunteer, we need you too.  The more volunteers, the more everyone gets to enjoy the fair.  Have a think about who can share childcare with you.  Why not share volunteer shifts with a friend or family member?  Every stall needs a few volunteers and the more we have the easier the time and the more likely people get a break and time to enjoy the fair for as much time as possible with their own families.  Remember, everyone running the fair on the day is a volunteer and the more support we get the better for everyone!

We need people to help:
